Ann Tracy (American b. Green Isle, MN) is a nature-influenced multi-disciplinary artist. Mediums include abstract paining, walking art, photography and installation.

Ann received her BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and attended graduate school at San Francisco Art Institute. She has a dual residence of Tucson, AZ; and Duluth, MN.

Grants include the Gottlieb Foundation, Arizona Commission on the Arts, and the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona. Ann has completed 6 residencies at Anam Cara Center for Artists and Writers in West Cork, Ireland. Additional residencies include Anderson Ranch Art Center (CO), and Rancho Linda Vista Artists Community (AZ).

Select exhibits include Orange County Museum of Contemporary Art (Santa Ana), Spring Arts Tower (Los Angeles), Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Shemer Art Center & Museum (Phoenix), Tucson Museum of Art, MoCA Tucson, University of Arizona Museum of Art, University of Arizona Poetry Center, Tucson International Airport, and Carnegie Arts Centre (Kenmare, Ireland).

Her work is included in public and private collections in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, North Africa, and Australia.

Experiences include founder, member, and board positions for non-profit arts organizations. She’s committed time to state and local arts boards as a designated advocate. Additional experiences include community-based collaborations, curator, juror, archivist, internship sponsor, mentor and high school public arts education. She has received a Mayor’s Award from the City of Tucson.

Ann lives with multiple heart defects from birth (CHD) and is a melanoma survivor. Her disability no longer allows her to work, and her focus is her art.
